Tell us a bit about you and what you do.
By day I work in the science field, but after work hours, I’m always doing something creative! I spend a lot of time creating style and beauty content on Instagram. My social media almost always includes my dog, Mishka who is my favorite silly girl on this planet, and all of my plant babies! I occasionally take Mishka with me on one of my favorite pastimes - thrifting. Finding old, unique pieces to spice up my wardrobe and living space is one of the most satisfying things that I can’t explain. All-in-all, I believe I’m like most people - I love trying new things, exploring new places and meeting people who are different from myself.

On Creativity
Have you always been a stylish person?
Definitely! From my first day of kindergarten no one could beat my outfit - period.
How did you find your style?
This one is tough because I’m constantly trying out different styles, but I can definitely say that I gravitate towards neutrals and warm tones no matter what style it is.
When did style become something you took more seriously?
I was always interested in fashion, but I didn’t start taking my personal style seriously until I was able to really understand both the fashion industry and my personal sense of self-expression. This kicked-off around college - when I became more confident in myself and when I could afford to support local and sustainable brands.
Where do you find inspiration?
I always find myself inspired by nature and my Cambodian culture.
Any tips for fellow Fashion lovers?
Personal style is much more satisfying than trendy fashion. I recommend curating a timeless wardrobe that reflects you and your growth, has sentimental value and will always spark joy for you!
Rituals + Routines
What do you do first thing in the morning?
Every morning I always wake up to my dog staring at me lol. We are immediately out the door for her morning walk - bedhead, eye boogers and all, haha.
What’s a typical day look like for you?
Aside from working from home, I always squeeze in time with my family, taming my lil urban jungle, planning creative content and managing brand partnerships. I also consider myself a foodie so I try to have an exciting meal everyday!
Where would you take someone visiting Philadelphia?

— To Do: Hike at Wissahickon, visit the art and science museums, restaurant and food truck hopping
What do you do to get out of a creative funk?
Take a hiatus to recharge and take time to just enjoy life as it happens and accept things as they are, rather than trying to think of ways to make things into something else.
How about to unwind?
Watching true crime and David Attenborough nature documentaries LOL
